   Support for Carers
I get the support I need to carry out my caring role, stay well and live my own life.

  • If I have to go through an assessment or self-assessment process it is easy to access and sensitive to my needs and wishes
  • If I am eligible, assessment leads to the support I want in a way that suits me The contribution I make, and the informal family and friendship networks that support me and the person I care for, are recognised in assessment and support planning
