The Tribunal is an independent judicial body that operates under the provisions of the Mental Health Act 1983 (as amended by the Mental Health Act 2007)

The Tribunal has posted a consultation document on draft guidance by the tribunal on the role of independent mental health advocates at tribunal hearings and would like to receive comments and feedback
