Personal Health Budgets in Mental Health Research Study

The National Mental Health Development Unit is collaborating with the NHS Confederation on a study to inform national mental health policy on personal health budgets and local implementation.

We are really keen to hear the views of individuals from each of the following professional groups who are working in mental health services in England:

  • Community psychiatric nurses
  • GPs
  • Occupational therapists
  • Psychiatrists
  • Psychologists
  • Social Workers

We very much hope you will participate in this important research study on personal health budgets in mental health. Acting upon your feedback, views and opinions is a vital part of this work we are undertaking.

It would involve an individual and confidential 30-minute telephone interview with our researcher, Francesca Taylor.

Interviews will be recorded and transcribed. Names and place names will be removed from interview transcripts. No participants will be named in any report or publication arising from this work and comments will not be attributed to any individual.

If you are willing to participate in this study, please contact our researcher, Francesca Taylor:
