Be part of the solution to making personalisation real, practical and workable for service users, clients, and patients accessing mental health services:

  • Debate the for and against of personalisation - theory and ideology
  • Hear about the practical side of personalisation - examples from the real world
  • Network with colleagues from the voluntary and statutory sectors and discover new ways of working that are transforming personalised service delivery

Keynote speakers include: Prof Peter Beresford OBE, Director of the Centre for Citizen Participation, Brunel University; Dr Rachel Perkins OBE, Director of Quality Assurance and User Experience, South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust; Anne Beales MBE, Director of Service User Involvement, Together; Nicholas Campbell-Watts, Director of Fanon Mental Health, Southside Partnership; and Nashiru Momori, Criminal Justice Link Worker, Southside Partnership.
